In short
- Photos you add are used only in your browser and are never uploaded.
- When you download, share or copy an invitation, or create its countdown link, we save its words and details (names, date, venue, address, RSVP).
- We also count steps like picking an event type, and where visitors came from.
01Your photo stays on your device
Photos are drawn into the card by your browser. They are not uploaded to K2 Web or anyone else, and they're gone when you close the page, unless you downloaded or shared the card.
02What we save
- Each finished invitation (download, share, copy, countdown link or WhatsApp): the event type, design, size, colours and every field you filled in, such as names, date, time, venue, address, map link, note and RSVP contact. Never the photo.
- Countdown links are saved like any countdown made with our countdown maker, and opening them is counted. Anyone with the link can see the details, so share it only with your guests.
- Steps in the Tool and where the visit came from: landing page, referring site, campaign tags (utm), device type, browser and approximate city and country. We don't store your IP address.
This is stored in our database (Supabase, Mumbai) with a copy in Google Sheets. Avoid putting private details you don't want stored on a card. To have saved data deleted, use the “Need help?” form.
03Help form
If you use the “Need help?” form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, optional phone, topic and message) and use them only to reply, as described in our Privacy Policy.
