Countdown maker Terms of Use

The Tool creates countdown pages with an optional surprise that opens when the countdown ends. Each countdown is stored entirely inside its link.

You may use the Tool for lawful, honest purposes, for example:

• personal surprises for birthdays, anniversaries, festivals and events;
• countdowns for your own sales, launches and events.

You must not use the Tool, or anything it produces:

• to send scams, phishing links, fake prizes or misleading offers;
• to harass, threaten or embarrass someone, or to share private information about others;
• to share illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content, or links to it;
• to impersonate a person, brand or organisation.
• to break any law in India or your country, or to help anyone else do so;
• with bots, scripts or automated requests that overload or misuse the Tool or the website.

Countdown messages, photos, songs and links are written by whoever made the countdown, not by K2 Web. We don't check them and aren't responsible for them or for the websites they point to. If a countdown is used to deceive or harm someone, report it with the “Need help?” form.

Festival dates come from published panchang and calendar sources. Some festivals are celebrated on different days in different regions, and Islamic dates depend on the moon sighting. Check local dates for religious observances.

You alone are responsible for how you use the Tool and its results, and for checking that results are right for your purpose. Results are produced automatically and may be wrong or incomplete.

The Tool is free and provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Web:

• is not responsible or liable for any use or misuse of the Tool or its results, by you or anyone else;
• is not responsible for the content of countdowns made by users, or for wrong or changed festival dates;
• is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, penalty or consequence arising from the Tool;
• gives no promise that the Tool is accurate, secure, error-free or always available.

You agree to indemnify and hold K2 Web harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Tool or your breach of these terms. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

The Tool may change, pause or stop at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
