Diwali bomb game Terms of Use

The Tool is a free toy: drag virtual crackers onto a night sky and watch them burst with sound effects, and send a link with a message so friends can burst them too.

You may use the Tool for lawful, honest purposes, for example:

• playing at home, at school or at work for fun;
• sending Diwali wishes to family and friends.

You must not use the Tool, or anything it produces:

• to send rude, hateful or threatening messages, or spam;
• to pretend to be someone else in the name field;
• to try to break, overload or copy the site.
• to break any law in India or your country, or to help anyone else do so;
• with bots, scripts or automated requests that overload or misuse the Tool or the website.

You alone are responsible for how you use the Tool and its results, and for checking that results are right for your purpose. Results are produced automatically and may be wrong or incomplete.

The Tool is free and provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Web:

• is not responsible or liable for any use or misuse of the Tool or its results, by you or anyone else;
• is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, penalty or consequence arising from the Tool;
• gives no promise that the Tool is accurate, secure, error-free or always available.

You agree to indemnify and hold K2 Web harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Tool or your breach of these terms. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

The Tool may change, pause or stop at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
