Photo frame maker privacy notice

The camera only turns on when you tap “Take a selfie” and your browser asks for permission. The video is shown inside the frame on your device and is never recorded or sent anywhere. It stops when you take the photo or tap Cancel.

Photos you take or upload are drawn on your screen by your browser. They are not uploaded to K2 Web or anyone else, and they're gone when you close or reload the page, unless you downloaded or shared them. When you share, your phone sends the image straight to the app you choose.

To see which frames people like and improve the Tool, we save:

• Each finished frame (when you download, share or copy it): the occasion, style, size and colours, and the greeting, wish, name and date you typed. The photo is never included.
• Steps in the Tool: opening the page, picking an occasion, style or size, opening the camera (or the camera being blocked), taking or uploading a photo, and downloading, sharing or copying.
• Where the visit came from: the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign tags (utm), your device type and browser, and an approximate city and country from our hosting provider. We don't store your IP address.

This is stored in our database (Supabase, Mumbai) with a copy in Google Sheets, linked to a random id for that visit, not to your name or account. We also count downloads and shares in Google Analytics. Don't type anything private on a frame. To have saved data deleted, use the “Need help?” form.

If you use the “Need help?” form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, optional phone, topic and message) and use them only to reply, as described in our Privacy Policy.
