- Only use photos of yourself, or of people who are happy for you to use them.
- Don't make frames that mislead, mock or harass anyone, or that look like an official notice.
- Your photo is never uploaded to us. You're responsible for where you share it.
- K2 Web is not responsible or liable for how you use the Tool or its results.
01What the Tool does
The Tool puts your selfie or photo into a festival or occasion frame with your own words, so you can download or share it. It runs in your browser. Your photo is never uploaded; K2 Web saves the frame's settings and words (see the privacy notice).
02Allowed use
You may use the Tool for lawful, honest purposes, for example:
- festival, birthday and occasion greetings for family, friends and social media;
- frames for your own events, shops and pages.
03Prohibited use
You must not use the Tool, or anything it produces:
- to use someone else's photo without their permission, or photos of children you're not responsible for;
- to impersonate a person, brand, political party or government body, or to make fake announcements;
- to share hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content.
- to break any law in India or your country, or to help anyone else do so;
- with bots, scripts or automated requests that overload or misuse the Tool or the website.
04Your responsibility
You alone are responsible for how you use the Tool and its results, and for checking that results are right for your purpose. Results are produced automatically and may be wrong or incomplete.
05We are not responsible
The Tool is free and provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Web:
- is not responsible or liable for any use or misuse of the Tool or its results, by you or anyone else;
- is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, penalty or consequence arising from the Tool;
- gives no promise that the Tool is accurate, secure, error-free or always available.
You agree to indemnify and hold K2 Web harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Tool or your breach of these terms. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.
06Changes and governing law
The Tool may change, pause or stop at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
