Spin the wheel Terms of Use

The Tool picks a random entry from a list you provide by spinning an on-screen wheel. Each entry has an equal chance. The pick is made with your browser's secure random generator.

You may use the Tool for lawful, honest purposes, for example:

• picking a name in class, a team, a game or a party;
• making everyday decisions, like what to eat;
• informal giveaways where you follow the law and the rules of the platform you run them on.

You must not use the Tool, or anything it produces:

• for gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries, satta, matka or any game of chance for money or money's worth;
• for prize draws, contests or schemes that need a licence or legal approval, unless you have it and follow its rules;
• to mislead participants, for example by claiming a result came from a different or verified process;
• with entries that contain other people's personal data without their permission, or offensive content.
• to break any law in India or your country, or to help anyone else do so;
• with bots, scripts or automated requests that overload or misuse the Tool or the website.

If you use the Tool for a giveaway, you are the organiser. You are solely responsible for the rules, eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, delivering prizes, taxes and following all applicable laws and platform policies.

K2 Web is not a sponsor, organiser or administrator of any giveaway, and has no part in it.

You alone are responsible for how you use the Tool and its results, and for checking that results are right for your purpose. Results are produced automatically and may be wrong or incomplete.

The Tool is free and provided “as is”, without any warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, K2 Web:

• is not responsible or liable for any use or misuse of the Tool or its results, by you or anyone else;
• is not responsible for any decision, dispute, prize, giveaway or outcome based on a spin;
• is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, claim, penalty or consequence arising from the Tool;
• gives no promise that the Tool is accurate, secure, error-free or always available.

You agree to indemnify and hold K2 Web harmless from any claim, loss or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Tool or your breach of these terms. Our total liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service.

The Tool may change, pause or stop at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
