In short
- What you type is processed in your browser and never sent to us.
- Your personal bests are saved only in this browser.
- No account, no tracking, no ads.
01Your typing stays on your device
Your keystrokes, the words you type and your results are calculated in your browser. They are not uploaded to K2 Web or anyone else.
02Personal bests
The Tool saves your best speed for each test type in your browser's local storage (key k2-typing-pb) so it can tell you when you beat it. It stays on this device and browser. Clear your browser's site data to remove it.

If you use the “Need help?” form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, optional phone, topic and message) and use them only to reply, as described in our Privacy Policy.
